Return and Refund Policy

Your Purchase, Our Promise

We believe in supporting you through every step of your parenthood journey. That includes making your experience with Wholehearted Parenthood programs feel safe, secure, and stress-free. If a course or product isn’t the right fit for your family, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

 

Refunds Made Simple

If you’re not completely satisfied with your course purchase, no problem, just let us know within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll issue a full refund.

To request a refund:

  • Email us at [email protected] with the subject 'Refund Request for Course'
  • Please contact us directly from the email address used at checkout to help us verify your order
  • Include why you are requesting a refund
  • Include course completion percentage

You do not need to start the course to qualify- we just require you to have completed less than 50% of the course and ask that you provide us feedback on why you are requesting a refund so we can continue to improve our offers.  We trust you to make the right call for your family.

After 30 days, all purchases are non-refundable, even if you haven’t accessed or completed your program or materials.  We are unable to provide refunds for courses purchased or received as a gift card.

Please note: Once a refund is issued, all access to digital resources, including videos, downloads, or bonus content, will be removed immediately.

 

Access and Usage

All Wholehearted Parenthood materials are intended for use by a single household only. Sharing your login, downloads, or course materials with others (including friends, extended family, or online communities) violates our Terms and Conditions and will result in:

  • Immediate loss of access to all content;
  • Forfeiture of eligibility for refunds.

We kindly ask that you help us protect the integrity of the program so we can continue supporting families like yours.

 

Gifts and Physical Products

If your purchase included a physical item (such as a children's book, printed guide, or welcome kit), it must be returned to us unused and in original condition before your refund can be processed.

Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable and insured service, and sending items to:

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you'll receive store credit in the form of a digital gift certificate. If the original purchaser had the item shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued back to them.

 

Chargebacks

We’re committed to resolving any issues and encourage you to reach out to us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider.

Submitting a chargeback without first requesting a refund will result in immediate revocation of access to all course materials.

We also reserve the right to present proof of purchase, access, and these terms to your financial institution in dispute resolution.

 

Important Health Disclaimer

Our courses and content are designed to educate, support, and empower, not to replace professional medical advice or care.

We’re here to offer guidance and parenting tools, but not to provide medical services. While some of our contributors may be trained healthcare professionals (such as nurse practitioners, nurses, doulas, lactation consultants, or counselors), they are not offering personalized medical care or treatment through our programs.

By using our materials, you understand and agree that:

  • Our courses and services are not intended for medical use and do not replace guidance from your doctor, pediatrician, or licensed healthcare provider;

By purchasing, accessing, or using any Wholehearted Parenthood course or product, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understood this Return and Refund Policy. You also agree to our Terms and Conditions available on our website and accept full responsibility for your use of the information provided.
